ABOUT US

Owlchemy Education was founded by Dr. Joi, who holds a bachelor's degree in recreation and doctoral degree in physical therapy. Her work is rooted in the belief that healthcare and wellness professionals already possess an innate healing superpower - the ability to help others become the best version of themselves.

Dr. Joi's philosophy is simple yet powerful: clients often arrive in a state of brokenness, and through skilled touch, wisdom, and heart-centered care, therapists help transform them into healthier, more whole beings. This transformative process is the true meaning of Owlchemy.

Therapists from many backgrounds have come through Owlchemy's courses, including those specializing in ashiatsu, pregnancy massage, sports, injury care, relaxation, posture and structural integration. Yogis, personal trainers, and nurses have also joined the community, each taking what they learn and seamlessly integrating it into the work they already excel in.

Created as a supportive, ego-free community, Owlchemy Education helps talented therapists refine their craft, expand their skills, and elevate what they already do best-without pressure or comparison. It is a space for growth, mastery, and connection among dedicated healers committed to becoming even more powerful in their work.

This foundational experience introduces the core principles, safety standards, tissue science and application techniques necessary to integrate cupping seamlessly and confidently into your work. You will leave grounded in:

-Proper technique and application

-Intelligent cup selection & placement

-Tissue response interpretation

-Confident session integration

***WTC 1 & ABMP Cupping 101 are pre-req's for all other WTC courses. WTC 2, 3 & 4 may be taken in any order following completion of WTC 1 or Cupping 101.***

WTC 2 - Spine & Neuromuscular Conditions

Building upon the principles introduced in Level 1, this course advances your practice into targeted neuromuscular treatment.

Through advanced techniques and clinical reasoning, you will learn to address dysfunctions such as:

Peripheral nerve impingement
Carpal tunnel syndrome
Sciatica

You refine your ability to:

Recognize neuromuscular patterns
Apply combination treatments with intention
Produce measurable, functional outcomes
